Are the anklets and necklaces adjustable?
Yes — all of our jewellery pieces are adjustable. Each piece is made with a sliding knot closure, allowing you to easily tighten or loosen it for the perfect fit.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes, absolutely! If you have a special idea or would like a personalised piece, feel free to contact me and we can create the perfect jewellery together.
Will the pearls or charms lose their shine over time?
Over time, pearls and charms may become slightly less shiny with regular wear. The good news is that they can easily be refreshed. Simply clean them gently with a soft toothbrush and a little toothpaste, rinse with water, and they will look beautiful again.
How long does shipping take?
Most jewellery pieces are handmade to order, so please allow around one week for your order to be created and prepared before shipping.
Can I return my jewellery?
Yes — if your jewellery is not quite right for you, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note:
- Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
- Custom-made or personalised orders cannot be returned.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
